We’re strongly committed to ensuring that any community focussed workshops and projects have all the appropriate measures in place .Keeping communities protected is paramount.

We believe that having a prevention focused lens and clear communication with those we work alongside  will ensure our community will stay protected and individuals will feel safe.
Communication: We will make sure our community knows what protective measures are in place so they can be prepared and also make an informed decision whether to attend or not.
My Vaccine Pass:  Asking people to provide proof of vaccination is not mandatory but there are restrictions on gatherings and events if vaccination status is not checked
RED

Gatherings up to 100 people depending on the size of the venue, or up to 100 people at a private home.
My Vaccine Pass Not Required
Gatherings limited to 25 people at home or at an outdoor community event with uncontrolled access.
ORANGE
My Vaccine Pass Required
No limits on gatherings at home.  
My Vaccine Pass Not Required
Small gatherings limited to 50 people at home, or at a venue (depending on the size of the venue).  Up to 50 people at an outdoor community event with uncontrolled access.
GREEN
My Vaccine Pass Required
No limits on gatherings at home.
My Vaccine Pass Not Required
Gatherings and events up to 100 people depending on the size of the venue.
General information about attending a gathering or event:
You can visit friends and whānau at their homes, and invite them to yours, at every traffic light setting.
If a gathering chooses to follow My Vaccine Pass requirements, only people with My Vaccine Pass are allowed to be there.
Children under the age of 12 years and 3 months do not need to provide a My Vaccine Pass to enter places with a vaccination requirement.
If you have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, stay home and get a test.
Consider how numbers at the event will be managed for controlled access e.g. event registration, counting numbers
Other considerations we will have in place:

• QR code
• Signage/posters
• Face coverings and hygiene
• Provision of masks, hand sanitiser etc.
• Clean or disinfect shared surfaces often
• Indoor or outdoor events and the different requirements
